Mark Ellis - General Manager

Mark brings considerable experience in Government administration, crisis/disaster management and leading complex projects to his position as the General Manager of the NAHRLS. He comes to NAHRLS from the Australian Federal Police (AFP) where he managed the logistics for the International Deployment Group and the Regional Assistance Mission to the Solomon Islands (RAMSI) support contracts. Before the AFP, Mark worked for the Department of Human Services on the Health Access Card project and, previous to this, spent 12 years in the Department of Defence working on various projects including the formation of the ANZAC Ship Alliance and military base reviews. Mark has a Master of Arts (Strategic Studies), a Bachelor of Laws, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and is admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland.  


Nada Milosevic - Assistant Manager

Nada is the Recruitment Manager for NAHRLS and brings 5 years experience as a Senior Recruitment consultant and 10 years experience as a Senior Manager in varied business roles, providing exceptional customer service, staff management and strategic recruitment solutions. Nada’s role at NAHRLS is to manage locum placements and locum requests in support of health service organisations in rural and remote Australia and manage the NAHRLS recruitment team. She is also responsible for locum placements and support in Upper NSW and Victoria.  

 


Kate Sewell - Recruitment Adviser

Kate is the Recruitment Adviser for NAHRLS and brings considerable experience as a trained nurse. She specialised in Neurosurgical and Neurological nursing and has worked in a variey of clinical settings within Australia and the United Kingdom. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New England, Armidale NSW. Kate has experience as an Occupational Health and Safety professional, working for both private and government organisations and brings to NAHRLS a diverse range of clinical experience and management skills. Kate’s role is to provide recruitment support for health professionals and health service organisations in central Northern Territory and Queensland.  

 


Brayden Abbott - Recruitment Adviser

Brayden is the Recruitment Adviser for NAHRLS, providing recruitment solutions to Health Service Organisations in lower New South Wales and South Australia. Brayden has several years experience working in the customer service industry with extensive experience in client management, staff training and sales. Brayden’s highly organised work ethic makes him well positioned to provide health professionals with exceptional locum services and support. 

 

 


Kristy Owens - Recruitment Adviser

Kristy is the Recruitment Adviser for NAHRLS and brings 6 years experience working as a Supply Coordinator for the Australian Army. Her responsibilities included stores accounting, electronic ledger entry to warehousing duties providing support to an individual unit or a group of units either on exercise, in a battle zone, or in barracks. Prior to this, Kristy worked in the retail industry for 4 years bringing experience in team management, stock control, budgets, and rosters and providing exceptional customer service. Kristy provides support to health professionals seeking locum placements and health orgnisations requiring locum support services. Kristy also assists with Locum application packs, data management, and office coordination duties. 


 

Jamie Smith - Marketing Manager

Jamie comes to the role of Marketing Manager for NAHRLS after several years experience in business, marketing and events management. Prior to joining NAHRLS, Jamie owned and operated a small business within a well renowned hotel in Canberra. She was responsible for managing a team of employees, providing business development, marketing and graphic design solutions, accounting and finance and client service management. Jamie has a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Business Management and Marketing Management from the University of Canberra. Jamie manages all promotion, advertising and marketing for NAHRLS and is the point of contact for any media related publications and enquiries.
 

 


Tanya Albuquerque - Finance Officer

Tanya brings to the role of NAHRLS Finance Officer considerable experience specialising in accounting and finance. She has a Bachelor in Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Marketing with a minor in Business Law from the University of Wollongong. Tanya previously assisted the finance controller in the Gulf regions of Dubai and has worked as a Finance Officer managing payroll, accounts receivable and payables, BAS/GST and FBT in Melbourne, Victoria. Tanya is responsible for maintaining and improving the NAHRLS financial management processes and systems, client invoicing and expense management processes.
